7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For non-quality-related returns beyond 7 days, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee will apply
30-Day Quality Warranty
If your item develops a quality-related issue within 30 days of receipt, please contact us.
Upon verification, we will provide free repair or replacement, and cover both the repair and reshipment costs.
After 30 Days
For issues occurring after 30 days that result from normal wear, use, or accidental damage, we do not offer refunds.
However, we do offer repair services to help your piece continue its journey:
- Customers are responsible only for two-way shipping costs
- Repair fees (if applicable) will be assessed based on the extent of damage
